Phase 01 · Onboarding the residence

How a residence earns the House Standard.

01 / 02
  1. 01

    Submit

A host submits a residence for consideration. Entry is gated by the House Standard — incomplete or inaccurate submissions are returned rather than published with caveats.

  2. 02

    Review

Le'elt's editorial team reviews the submission against the House Standard for photography, accuracy, and completeness before any field work is scheduled.

  3. 03

    Verify

Le'elt staff manually authenticate the host's identity, phone connectivity, and property assignment rights. Only an authenticated host can move forward as a Verified Host.

  4. 04

    Inspect

A Le'elt inspector visits the address and records the evidence layer — landmarks, drive times, walkability, street class, and orientation. This becomes the Inspected by Le'elt record.

  5. 05

    Publish

The residence earns the Verified Residence designation and is issued a permanent Residence Record reference in the format BO-XXXXXX.

Phase 02 · Securing the transaction

How a buyer or tenant moves in without surprises.

02 / 02
  1. 06

    Request

A buyer or tenant requests the Verified Residence through Le'elt. There is no brokerage commission on the visit and no peer-to-peer contact outside the platform.

  2. 07

    Verify Parties

Both sides are verified before any money moves — the host as a Verified Host, the buyer or tenant through Le'elt's identity check.

  3. 08

    Hold Funds

All payments are routed through Le'elt Hold, the platform's custody account. Hosts are never paid directly; funds release only after physical verification and signed contract execution.

  4. 09

    Move In

Contract is executed, keys are handed over, and the Verified Residence delivery is complete.

Common questions+
How does Le'elt verify a residence?+

Le'elt staff manually authenticate the host, then physically inspect the address to record the evidence layer documented as Inspected by Le'elt. Only residences that pass publication review under the House Standard become Verified Residence.

Do I pay a fee to view a property?+

No. There are no commissions on viewings, no upcharges, and no hidden fees at signing.

Will I be passed between agents?+

No. One concierge handles you from the first viewing to the final signature — the House does not pass you between departments.

How are my funds protected before I receive the keys?+

All tenant and buyer funds are routed through Le'elt Hold, the platform's custody account. Hosts are never paid directly; funds release only after physical verification and signed contract execution.
