Equal access, every door.

Edition VII

A residence is more than a transaction — it is the foundation of a life. Le'elt holds itself to a single, public standard so that every client crosses the threshold on equal footing.

01

Equal access

Every viewing, every conversation, every offer is open to all qualified parties — irrespective of nationality, faith, ethnicity, gender, family status, or disability.

02

Single standard

Pricing, terms, and concierge response times are the same for diaspora, diplomatic, and local clients. No tiered service based on identity.

03

Transparent screening

Tenant and buyer qualification is based solely on documented financial standing and disclosed references — never on personal characteristics.

04

Accessible viewings

On request, our concierge arranges step-free routes, sign interpretation, and remote walkthroughs. No client should be turned away by the building.

05

Right to record

If anyone — host, broker, or staff — behaves in a discriminatory manner, write to fair-housing@leelt.com. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours by a senior partner.

Le'elt operates in line with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia's housing and consumer-protection statutes, and adopts equivalents of the international Fair Housing principles where local law is silent. Concerns may be escalated to fair-housing@leelt.com.
