Edition IV

By using Le'elt you agree to browse and transact in good faith. The terms below set the standard of conduct expected of every visitor, client, and counterparty.

Use of the platform

Le'elt is provided for the personal, non-commercial review of verified residences. Automated scraping, resale of listing data, and impersonation of clients or counterparties are prohibited.

Listings & verification

Every residence is published only after the House Standard verification. Le'elt reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that no longer meets the standard, without prior notice to the principal.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details supplied at registration and for the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify the concierge immediately at any sign of unauthorised access.

Limitation of liability

The House makes no warranty beyond what is expressly stated in a signed engagement letter. Editorial content is offered for orientation, not as legal, financial, or investment advice.

Mandatory brokerage mediation & closed marketplace enforcement

To enforce absolute transaction safety and eliminate peer-to-peer rental fraud, Le'elt operates under a strictly closed intermediary brokerage framework. Users (Inquirers/Tenants/Buyers) and Hosts are legally prohibited from executing direct communications, arranging unmediated physical viewings, or transmitting funds outside the platform's proprietary escrow channel.

Every stage of the transaction protocol—including tenant credential mapping, physical property tours accompanied by official Le'elt concierge staff, security deposit allocation, and lease contract signing—is managed end-to-end exclusively by Le'elt. Any attempt to circumvent this mediation structure voids all platform protections and constitutes an immediate breach of service terms, resulting in account termination.
