Trust begins with what is said before the contract is signed. Below is the complete record of how Le'elt earns, who we represent, and where our independence is held.
Le'elt is compensated by the seller or landlord at the close of a verified transaction — never by the buyer or tenant for browsing, viewings, or concierge correspondence. Commission ranges from 1.5% to 3% of the contracted value, disclosed in writing before any offer is tendered.
Each listing names the engaging principal — owner, developer, or estate. Le'elt does not hold inventory, does not co-invest with sellers, and does not accept undisclosed referral fees from third-party brokers.
Market figures published in the Journal and Methodology pages are produced by an in-house research desk separated from sales. No commercial party reviews or approves editorial content prior to publication.
All imagery is commissioned by Le'elt's atelier on the day of inspection. Wide-angle and HDR techniques are permitted; virtual staging, sky replacement, and dimensional retouching are not.
Legal review, escrow, valuation, and concierge services may be referred to vetted partners. Referrals are non-exclusive, carry no kickback, and a written list of alternates is supplied on request.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform. Anonymised aggregate trends may be published in the Journal; individual search history, saved residences, and concierge correspondence are never sold or syndicated.
